About Physical Solutions
Physical Solutions was founded by Cathy Busby to provide a systematic approach for individuals to achieve peak physical performance. Cathy’s experience as an athlete, teacher, coach, and physical therapist gives her a unique perspective to provide effective, efficient solutions and return individuals to the highest level of function possible. Effective Communication of Problems, Causes, and SolutionsCathy and the rest of the team at Physical Solutions are experts in biomechanics, including analysis of specific movements necessary for sports and other physical activities. This allows them to develop plans that restore and enhance peak function. Sustaining client activity while achieving body balance and optimum alignment during movement results in improved flexibility, mobility, strength, and power — all crucial elements for excellence in sport and life. |

Insurance or No Insurance
We accept and are in-network with Medicare, Workers’ Compensation, North Carolina State Health Plan (Teachers and State Employees), all BlueCross BlueShield plans, Federal BlueCross BlueShield, Medcost, United Healthcare, and many more. See our complete list on the in-plan insurance page. We can file with other carriers as well.
Our programs and charges are structured to be reasonable even for those without insurance or whose benefits have been exhausted or are limited. We work with many patients to develop a plan which works for them with their high deductibles, or who have used up their yearly benefits previously. We work with our patients/clients to develop a plan which is efficient and effective and meets their schedule and budgetary needs.
Often it is beneficial for our patients to transition to a supervised exercise program that is set up and overseen by a physical therapist. This may occur later in the treatment program or once physical therapy is completed. An experienced, certified personal trainer works one-on-one with each client for great results that are long lasting. Physicians and their patients can feel good about an effective, safe program to meet health needs while holding costs down.
