Hardy has played professional football for nearly ten years, most recently from 2005 to 2007 with the Columbus Destroyers as a player and lineman. His highlight reel includes:

• Leading the Buffalo Destroyers in sacks and tackles during the 2002 season
• Helping the Toronto Phantoms to the second round of playoffs in 2001
• Playing defensive tackle for the NFL Europe team Rhein Fire of Düsseldorf, Germany, in 1999

You can see him on the big screen (or your own TV) in the 2004 movie The Longest Yard as the stunt double for Bill Goldberg.

Hardy earned his degree in Business Administration at the State University of New York at Buffalo. He attended SUNY at Buffalo on an NCAA Division 1 football scholarship. He received the All-American team award for his senior season in 1997.
