Pre-Participation Screen
To help prepare individuals for a wide variety of activities, this assessment will analyze eight fundamental movement patterns in a dynamic and functional capacity. The movements evaluated in this screen are not simply the foundation for athletic movements, they are the foundation for human movement.
This screen is an objective way to demonstrate how individuals, regardless of strength, power, speed, agility, and sport skills, may have fundamental flaws that do not show up on a stat sheet. These types of limitations lead to poor efficiency, potential for injury, and decreased performance.
The information collected is used to generate an individualized, specific, functional program designed to decrease injuries, enhance performance, and improve overall wellness and productivity regardless of age, gender, or activity level.
Cost for the screen is $90.
